Almost impossible to reach their customer support. I sent an email, still waiting for a reply. I got hold of an online assistant around 3am the other day in a chat room. Change the ADSL filter he said ? what ? that has nothing to do with it... My current guess is that my set top box is getting OOOOOOOOOLD. On for too long. Indeed, when I switch ti on, it works then doesn't. When I leave it off for a long while, it works for longer. Hence I think a component inside is getting faulty and stops functioning after a while. Time to get a new box. Good, just ordered a v5. But, for all the innovation they have brought to this country with broadband, their customer care approach still sucks big time.
