Is this a typical sight in London ? I'm told these are marketing tools (wandering billboards...) for a real estate company.

yes it is for a real estate company here in the united states. they recently went bankrupt here. they might still be in the uk ..although i dont know. these cars were all over the roads here. and..the COOPER looked best as how this one is..i dont care for it with out the designs-
