Eskobo copies Netvibes?

What do you think ? These new portal page called Eskobo (they seem to be Turkish, check the TR link at the top right) looks to me like a copycat of French innovator netvibes.com. Even the logos on the windowss look the same (the arrows, edit, etc.).

Have also a look at the latest release of protopage v2.
